He has over 20 years of experience in general management, retail and consumer packaged goods.  His varied background ranging from sales enablement and negotiation to pricing strategy and category management has consistently proved an asset in value creation and demand generation. Often described as the “glue” of his previous companies, Ron’s wide and deep understanding of diverse business units and deeply analytical thinking allows him to quickly define challenges, roadmap solutions and create solutions to turn them into opportunities. Undaunted by any disjointed operation, Ron is adept at getting into the thick of things to straighten things out, leaving organizations much better off than before his arrival.
